I was trying to figure out our fire pit setup and kept using mental shortcuts like “if it looks like it’ll fit, it probably will,” which is not the best approach. Woodland Direct helped me think through the layout and what would actually work in our patio space. The design person was patient with all my questions and never made me feel rushed or pushed into anything. It made the whole outdoor setup feel a lot less stressful.

"My custom order was close"
I ordered a custom piece and, for the most part, it turned out how I wanted. One of the measurements seemed a little off, though I guess it’s possible I measured something wrong on my end too. It’s not a huge issue, and I can still use it, but I was expecting it to be a bit more exact.

I was happy with this order because everything I received matched exactly what I had picked out and paid for. There were no surprises, no missing items, and nothing that made me feel like I had to contact customer service or deal with a return. The order showed up fine, and overall the fireplace parts look decent. That said, one piece had a small dent, so somebody clearly wasn’t being too careful before it got to me. The finish also feels a little less solid than I expected for the price. It still works and looks okay, but I was hoping for better quality

"Lead time was right on the money"
I’ll admit I usually stick with the brand/site I’ve used before for fireplace parts, so I was a little hesitant to order from somewhere different. But the lead time they listed ended up being pretty much spot on. I expected it might slip a bit, but it shipped when they said it would and showed up within the window they gave. No surprises, which goes a long way. Definitely made me feel better about ordering from them again.

"Worked out perfectly for my fireplace"
Pretty happy with it in the end. The replacement part fit my fireplace just right, which was my main concern since the model is on the older side.
I ordered it from woodlanddirect.com and the product info was clear enough that I felt okay taking the chance. No extra hassle, no returns, and it worked with what I already had.

The site was easy to use overall, but the delivery cost caught me off guard when I got close to checkout. Not saying it’s a scam, but I do wish they showed the full total earlier so I knew what I was actually paying before getting that far.

I remember being a little annoyed when the fireplace part arrived with a small bit of damage, mostly because I figured it was going to turn into a whole back-and-forth. But I emailed Woodland Direct, and they got back to me faster than I expected. They sent out a replacement without making me jump through hoops. Looking back, the shipping issue wasn’t a big deal because of how smoothly they fixed it. I’d order from them again
